This cheerleading coach cheers his way to MSN’s Guest Editor hot seat
Clement Chin

Seremban-born Clement Chin, 52, is a doting father to three sons and a loving husband. The small businessman has since moved to Kuantan with his family, and only got involved with the group Green Solidarity as a volunteer, when the first protest Himpunan Hijau (or Green Assembly) was held in Kuantan on October 9, 2011. The objective of the protest was to ask the government to withdraw the two-year temporary operating licence issued to Australian mining company Lynas, a rare earth plant. Lynas has been the recent subject of heated arguments over the health and environmental risks, with potential leaks of radioactive waste.
